Constrained water supply is expected to become common place in South Africa with major centres in Joburg, Pretoria and Durban warning of low reservoir levels, and the possibility of water rationing.
The Department of Water Affairs estimates that 37% of water is lost due to infrastructure leaks costing the country around R7 billion per year.
Its going to be a long hot summer.
